Shipping

Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Chophawk Scissors is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may return unused items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and quality reasons, scissors that have been used, sharpened, modified, damaged, or show signs of wear cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, sharpening, modification, or neglect.
